This position offers a 12-hour night shift with a high chance of extension. Responsibilities: + Provide high-quality care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit. + Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed. + Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. + Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. + Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care. Qualifications: + Current RN license in the state of North Carolina. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a PCU or similar setting. + BLS and ACLS certifications required. + Strong critical thinking and communication skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
