About the Role:

As a PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) Technician, you will be responsible for removing dents, dings, and minor imperfections from vehicles using specialized tools and techniques. You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing customers with high-quality, efficient repairs that preserve the integrity of their vehicles’ factory finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Paintless Dent Repair (PDR): Utilize specialized tools and techniques to repair dents, dings, and minor imperfections without damaging the vehicle’s paint or finish.

Assess Damage: Evaluate the severity and location of dents to determine the appropriate PDR approach and ensure repairability.

Access Panel Areas: Carefully remove or manipulate panels and trim to access damaged areas for effective PDR.

Ensure Quality: Deliver high-quality repairs with attention to detail, ensuring that the repaired area is smooth, flawless, and matches the vehicle’s original finish.

Maintain Tools and Equipment: Regularly inspect and maintain PDR tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

 

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), preferably within the automotive industry. Skills: Expertise in PDR techniques and the ability to work with a variety of dent types (hail damage, door dings, minor collisions, etc.). Attention to Detail: Strong focus on delivering high-quality, precision repairs while maintaining the integrity of the vehicle’s paint. Minimum G & a clean drivers abstract
