Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a PDU Product Line Manager to join our team in Woodridge, IL OR Raleigh, NC.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $120,075 - $176,110 a year. This position is also eligible for a bonus plan.

What you’ll do: Provide 5-year strategic plan and measure executionIncrease revenues / market share and marginsDevelop new business opportunities for private-label and acquisitions and participate in due diligence and integration activitiesPerform primary and secondary market research to determine new vertical markets as well as investigating and tracking economic conditions affecting IT and electrical industriesResearch market needs and trends via reports, VoC, Focus Groups, Customer Advisory Boards, competitive analysis to develop and own 3-year product roadmapsIdentify large strategic opportunities and develop strategies with sales teamDevelop a rolling 1-year tactical plan for new products and measure execution (ie projected Vitality)Determine annual profit plan and drive sales and marketing initiatives to meet forecasts by developing annual sales plans per regionCreate and maintain a communication and tracking mechanism with sales team to achieve goalsIdentify and participate in tradeshows and conferences as well as conduct sales callsWork with Marketing team to develop sales tools and marketing collateralProvide support to Global Engineering and Manufacturing teamsParticipate and lead mid- and long-term forecasts in SIOP processManage the new product development process to ensure complete launch of product, which includes leading Global Product Line (GPL) discussionsBasic (Required) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing10+ years experience in the electrical industry as Product Manager or Marketing positionMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.No relocation is being offered for this role.
