Job Description:

Plan and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients and patient groups according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimum patient care.

Requirements:

Kentucky State License or interim license as an occupational therapist required.

Requires a Bachelor, Post baccalaureate Certificate, Master or Doctoral degree from an occupational therapy program accredited by the Accrediting Council on Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) or its equivalent, or higher.

BLS preferred at hire, required within 90 days after hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pediatric experience preferred

Experience in acute care, SNF, and/or outpatient experience preferred.
