Details about this opportunity:

NYS Occupational Therapist (OTR L) licensed provider – COTAS are welcomed to apply Location: Mahopac, NY (placement in a facility)  Part-Time, Fee for Service  Fee for Service Compensation: $60-$70 hour service  Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held 

 

Responsibilities:

Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload. Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations. Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management. Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs. Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel. Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly. Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

And this background:

Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy Current New York State Occupational Therapy License Bilingual is a plus
