As a Pediatric Field Supervisor, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

Leads all operational, clinical, quality, compliance, sales, and HR activities for the Behavioral Health and Skilled Home Health integration and other behavioral enterprise initiatives.Develops and enhances current Behavioral Health service offerings including RISE, BRAVE, EMBRACE, Mindful CARE and BELIEVE.Identifies the need for and the creation of New Program Initiatives based on needs in current health care environment and/or in partnership with needs of community providers.Partners with the Vice President of Clinical Operations around planning process and prepares for the next stage of planning/growth with Behavioral Health and Skilled Home Health integration and other Behavioral Health enterprise initiatives including metrics in HCHB.Collaborates with Elara Education in areas of Behavioral Health Orientation, Relias Course Assignment, and New Program Implementation.Supports all clinical hiring except for the State of Connecticut.Ensures that strategies are executed in keeping with the organization’s values, mission, and vision.Works to have a vision for Behavioral Health services aligned with the organizations strategic plan and ensures strategic goals continuously advance Behavioral Health services towards this vision.Coordinates strategies and operations with the Executive Team and senior leadership.Attends external meetings and events to learn about the changes in the Behavioral Health field and to represent and advocate on behalf of Elara Caring. Partners with state government agencies around states Behavioral Health roadmaps and trends.Assists in developing strong physician and healthcare organization referral partnerships.

What is Required?

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing2+ years’ experience as a Registered nurseCurrent RN license in the statePrevious experience with Medicare/Medicaid, Home care benefits and applicable state policies and procedures is preferred.

You will report to the Lead Pediatric Field Supervisor or Director.
