St. Joseph's Children's Hospital is well known throughout the southeast United States as a leader in pediatric heart and cancer care. With 80 pediatric physician specialists representing 25 medical and surgical disciplines, parents can feel confident knowing that their children will receive the best expert care. The specialized pediatric services are further strengthened by St. Joseph's Hospital full- service medical center, including the 24-hour Steinbrenner Emergency/ Trauma Center for Children.
Pediatric RN Residency Program:
BayCare’s RN Residency program is a 12-month program designed to provide new graduate RNs with practical experience while also offering support and direction to help them transition into their roles. As a resident you will gain confidence as you work with your preceptor and attend workshops focused on patient safety, critical thinking skills, evidence-based practice, and more. During the residency, you have our promise that we will continuously support you during your first year of practice and our committed educators will ensure that you receive exceptional, one on one care throughout the program.

Residency Details:
The Pediatric Residency will start on July 21, 2025.Positions will be nights (7pm-7am)Possible Units:
New or Recent RN graduate with associate or bachelor's degree in nursing RN license BLS
