**Pediatric Speech/Language Pathologist**
**Summary**

As a Speech/Language Pathologist with our team, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with individuals to assess and treat speech and language disorders and improve their quality of life. Your expertise in speech therapy will be vital in ensuring each individual achieves their highest level of functioning. This role offers a fulfilling, mission-driven career central to our success.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assess speech and language skills, articulation, and voice and fluency disorders of individuals served.
+ Administer speech therapy using techniques to rehabilitate individuals with functional disabilities related to speech, language, voice, and swallowing.
+ Review medical records, evaluate individuals, and develop personalized therapy treatment plans.
+ Identify and create intervention strategies to address specific speech and language challenges.
+ Instruct individuals, their families, and caregivers to maintain or reach optimal functioning in speech and language.
+ Ensure effective coordination of home care services for individuals served.
**Qualifications**
+ Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology
+ At least one year of experience as a Speech Therapist
+ Current state licensure/certification as a Speech Therapist
+ Valid driver’s license in good standing
+ Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
+ Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships
+ A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach to therapy
+ A commitment to quality care in every aspect of your work
