Community Health Partners (CHP) is seeking a two full-time Pediatricians to join our thriving, well-established pediatric practices. As a Primary Care Physician you will:

Preform wellness and health exams and other preventative screeningsReview prescription medicinesReview lab resultsTreat illness and injuriesTreat chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, chronic pain, depression, anxiety and high cholesterolRefer to specialty care, as neededQualifications:Education• Doctor of Medicine (MD) required Licenses and Certifications• Eligible to be licensed to practice Medicine in the state of California required
