Rochester General Pediatrics Associates and Rochester Regional Health invites a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Physician to join our thriving team. This position offers a unique combination of outpatient pediatric clinic work at RGPA and inpatient pediatrics at Rochester General Hospital, providing a well-rounded clinical experience that supports both continuity of care and comprehensive patient management.

Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:

Deliver outpatient pediatric care, focusing on well-child visits, preventive care, and chronic disease management.Participate in inpatient pediatric rounds and manage hospital admissions, working closely with pediatric and emergency medicine teams.Contribute to an environment that fosters collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth.Engage with community-based health initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and promote wellness.

Candidate Qualifications:

MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.New York State medical license (or eligibility to obtain licensure).Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for patient-centered care.Ability to work in both outpatient and inpatient settings, adapting to a range of clinical challenges.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant.
