As a shift team engineer, you are responsible for maintaining PEE fab operation related jobs by following SOP to keep manufacturing smoothly and maintain production quality.
1. Trouble shooting for unexpected machine problem.
2. Responsible for product qualification after tool recovery (trouble event or regular maintenance).
3. Take reaction for qual/Inline/defect inspection violation.
4. Support experiment execution for TTMCY/COST/MXT/quality…..
5. Take reaction for RDA/YE highlight case
6. Hold lot control to maintain fab speed
7. OCAP optimization
