Job Summary and Responsibilities Are you interested in doing peer review within your specialty? Would you enjoy reviewing medical records for standard of care determinations and providing quality improvement recommendations? Looking for an opportunity where you can work from home with a flexible schedule? Have you considered peer review as non-clinical work that could make you a better clinician? Acentra Health is seeking peer reviewers with at least 5 years of clinical experience to review medical records and make a standard of care determination. The reports require the peer reviewer to discuss clinical disease processes, published guidelines, overall care provided and QI recommendations. We are seeking: OB/GYN, Family Medicine Physicians, Physican Assistants, Certified Nurse Midwife, and Nurse Practitioners. Qualifications Active unrestricted license Board certification (Physicians only) 5 years of clinical experience Active clinical practice of at least 20 hours per week Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent written communication skills #LI-RW1 Why us?
