This role is hybrid and requires you to be in Toronto office 3 times per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Enforce coding standards and best practices
• Participate in the planning of daily activities with the team members
• Participate in technical design and development activities
• Perform code reviews when necessary
• Support the team in troubleshooting technical issues
• Plan, direct and coordinate daily activities of a team of developers for assigned projects

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Candidates must have strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into specific solutions.
• Must have solid hands-on working knowledge on PEGA.
• 5+ years of experience as a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or above.
• Having experience in Pega v8 or above.
• Good understanding of Case Management and having experience in creation of Enterprise Class Structure and Rulesets design.
• Experience in full PRPC implementation including rules configuration, customization and package deployment with best Pega practices.
• Strong hands-on experience in developing various rules and features like Data pages, Data Transform, Decision rules, Flows, Flow actions, Activities, UI Rules, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Validations, Reports and other OOTB features.
• Strong hands-on experience in Pega integration with SOAP/REST connectors and services, File Listeners.
• Perform code reviews and ensure Pega best practices and compliances and reviewing alert logs and monitoring performance with PAL and other tools.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Play a key role in developing upgrades and enhancements to current Pega applications.
• Assist in resolving defects detected by the QA/BA team by troubleshooting and /or recommending fixes for defects.
