The Pega Architect is responsible for designing and implementing Pega applications, ensuring that they align with business goals and technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design of Pega solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and meet business needs.Experience in setting up a Pega COECollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.Oversee the development and integration of Pega applications, ensuring best practices are followed.Monitor application performance and implement enhancements as needed.Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on Pega methodologies and best practices.Ensure that all applications comply with security standards and organizational policies.Develop best practices for the validation of architecturesInfuse best practices and Pega development standards to project teamEstablish a reusable component library and ensure component reusability is maximized throughout the platformMaintain comprehensive documentation of the architecture, design, and configurations of Pega applications.Travel: Ability to travel globally (i.e. Europe)

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Pega Architect, with in-depth knowledge of Pega platforms and tools.Years of experience: 8 + with PEGA based developmentTechnical competencies (include certifications) PEGA Lead System Architect or Sr. System ArchitectStrong understanding of Pega methodologies, BPM, and case management. Familiarity with integration technologies (REST, SOAP) is a plus.Experience with leading design and development of Pega applications using Pega PRPC, proficient in ECS, Correspondence rules, PRPC flows and flow shape interpretation ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements

This role is critical for ensuring the successful implementation and management of Pega applications, driving both efficiency and innovation within the organization.
