Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Pega technologies and a strong background in Property and Casualty Insurance. This role involves designing and implementing Pega-based solutions to enhance our business processes and improve customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the development and deployment of Pega applications ensuring high performance and scalability.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.Ensure seamless integration of Pega applications with existing systems and third-party services.Develop and maintain Pega reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.Enhance user experience by designing intuitive and user-friendly Pega interfaces.Implement Pega mobility solutions to support mobile access and improve field operations.Manage Pega case management processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.Utilize Pega marketing and decision hub capabilities to drive personalized customer interactions and optimize marketing strategies.Conduct regular code reviews and performance tuning to ensure the quality and efficiency of Pega applications.Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of Pega Platform and its various components.Demonstrate expertise in Pega Application Development and Pega Data and Integration.Have strong experience in Pega Reporting and Pega User Experience.Show proficiency in Pega Mobility and Pega Case Management.Exhibit knowledge of Pega marketing and PEGA Decision Hub.Have a solid background in Property and Casualty Insurance domain.Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.Certifications Required
Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) Certified Pega System Architect (CPSA) Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC)
