Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Softeon WMS and a strong background in Sales Development Product Development & Retirement and Product Marketing Communications & Promotions. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift schedule with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

Develop and maintain software solutions using Softeon WMS to meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales development processes.Design and implement product development and retirement strategies to enhance product lifecycle management.Create and execute product marketing communications and promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Softeon WMS-related issues.Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews and testing.Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.Document software designs technical specifications and user guides for reference.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software solutions.Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications

Must have 6 to 8 years of experience in software development with expertise in Softeon WMS.Must have strong domain knowledge in Sales Development Product Development & Retirement and Product Marketing Communications & Promotions.Must possess excellent English language skills (Read/Write Speak).Nice to have experience in agile development methodologies.Nice to have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Nice to have ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Nice to have strong communication and collaboration skills.Nice to have experience mentoring junior developers.Nice to have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.Nice to have ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Nice to have strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Nice to have experience with code reviews and testing practices.Nice to have ability to document technical specifications and user guides effectively.

Certifications Required

Certified Softeon WMS Professional Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) preferred.
