Summary:

Pella Corporation is seeking independent business owners who are entrepreneurial leaders and interested in purchasing exclusive wholesale distribution sales and service businesses in the southwest region. The Pella Direct Sales Network (PDSN) is comprised of independent distributors of Pella products. PDSN sales branch owners are individual owner operators who own a sales branch serving three unique customer segments: end customers (Retail), contractors (Trade), and architects and general contractors (Commercial).

 

PDSN distributors serve as the face of Pella in their local market, reacting to local needs and demands. PDSN sales branch owners uphold the Pella values and expectations that are part of our brand and share the Pella story with Pella customers.

 

The ideal sales branch owner has strong financial acumen and deep experience managing the day-to-day operations of an independent distribution business. This includes, but is not limited to, the management of sales, installation, warehousing service, IT, customer service, showroom experience, and talent.  

 

Successful sales branch owners are proven leaders who develop and empower team members. They have a long-term growth-oriented mindset and understand how to create effective strategies to win and innovate in the marketplace.

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Set vision and strategy for the branch.   Make regular, sustained investments in the business to ensure long-term growth. Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset to stay ahead of the competition. Liaise with Pella Corporation leadership to best enable enterprise growth and adopt key tactics across the business. Identify, recruit, and manage top talent in their local market.
