A physical therapy office located in Whitefish, MT, established in 2023, dedicated to enhancing their community's access to physical therapy services is seeking a Pelvic Floor Specialist. They strive to provide patient-first care and elevate the standard of treatment through one-on-one services tailored to each individual's needs. This practice specializes in orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, and pelvic health dysfunction.
The ideal candidate for this Pelvic Floor Specialist position is a compassionate and skilled physical therapist with specialized training in pelvic health. You should possess strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills, enabling you to assess and address complex cases effectively. Experience in orthopedic and neurological conditions is a plus, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment.
Essential Functions and Duties: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop treatment plans for patients Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address pelvic floor, vestibular or orthopedic conditions Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic interventions and modalities to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques and self-management strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Qualifications: Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification APTA Women’s Health Clinical Specialist Board Certification Doctorate from an accredited program preferred CAPP Pelvic and CAPP Obstetric Certifications Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Montana
