Overview ... We are looking for our next Salesforce Champion to join our team in Sweden! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Champion to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Champion at JBT, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our Salesforce data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective utilisation of these tools, providing training and support to end-users, and driving data-driven decision-making processes. The Opportunity ... As our Salesforce Champion you will be based at our site in Helsingborg as part of our Customer Care team. The main aspects of your role are to: Manage and optimise the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customisation, and integration with other systems. Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and workflows to support Sales and Customer Service teams. Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality, best practices, and data entry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to the Salesforce platform. Work closely with the US team to troubleshoot, enhancement requests and resolve Salesforce-related issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities and recommend appropriate upgrades or integrations. What we are looking for … Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customisation, and integration. Proactive and patient independent worker who can also work with groups of people collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
