Pension and Benefits Manager

This position is responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end operations of Pension and Benefits, as well as delivering related key high-impact projects in a timely manner. Part of the role’s accountability is to ensure the integrity of internal controls through the execution of an accurate and timely pension and benefits transactions. The Pension and Benefits Manager is expected to equip the direct reports and other team members with skills and knowledge required in the job, monitoring and managing team’s performance.

Position Responsibilities:

Managing end-to-end pension and benefits operations and related projects to success

Driving pension and benefits operations risk management and controls while ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and reporting requirements related to pension and benefits.

Leading and engaging pension and benefits team to deliver and execute service level agreements

Delivering key insights from Pension and Benefits metrics to HR leaders in country of coverage and the other Asia HR Operations team

Driving Employee Engagement initiatives in HR operations aligned with the local HR engagement plans and programs                                                                                                                                 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or certification in compensation and benefits is a plus.

5 years end-to-end Pension and Benefits Management experience, supporting the Philippine market, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in a managerial capacity

Experience in managing and partnering with Third Party Vendor/s

Strong Knowledge of Philippine government mandated benefits processes and proven proficiency in navigating online government portals

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working for BPO, Shared Services or Financial Industries

Experience in SAP and Workday
