Prepares reports of data result, presenting & explaining to management level.

Collaborate with process owner to improve business process, organization structure, and Man Power Planning in operation function.

Analyze, calculate and manage the number of employees nationally both in the Head Office and Branches, including the position, work location, employees hired, moved or left the company and other considerations.

Evaluate standard productivity indicators to monitor and control the level of organizational health, to see the relevance to the latest business needs.
