As People Analytics Associate, you will assist in analysis of workforce data and trends to forecast future staffing requirements. Collaborate with more senior team members to understand workforce analytics processes and tools. Support evaluation of employee experience data from the recruitment phase to the exit of our employees.

This position plays a key role in assisting senior analysts in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting people data while learning about people analytics methodologies, processes and tools. Also, this role will provide valuable experience in communication directly with internal stakeholders (colleagues from HR, team leaders and employees), as well as externally mainly with our tool provider. You will also be able to sharpen your analytical skills and gain experience with global people analytics processes.

Responsibilities:

People Survey Implementation: Support end-to-end survey implementation process, including survey design and development, data collection and administration management. Collaborate with POP and leadership to understand connection of people surveys with organizational goals. Data Visualization and Reporting: Contribute to creating data visualizations and charts. Present People data in a clear and understandable manner. Learn about HRIS and BI tools. Utilize them to create useful insights for stakeholders, with support from experienced colleagues. Workforce Technology and Tools: Utilize workforce management software and tools to track employee data, generate reports, and streamline scheduling processes with support from experienced colleagues. Data Integrity and Quality: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in workforce-related data sets. Implement data governance practices to uphold data quality standards. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with internal stakeholders, such as POP colleagues, subject matter experts, and employees, to understand their people analytics needs and ensure effective collaboration and alignment. User education: Support preparation of different educational materials in People analytics area. Industry Research and Best Practices: Learn about people analytics industry trends and best practices.

More about you:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Information Technology or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy.Good knowledge of Excel.You are persistent and solution oriented.You are fluent in English – both written and spoken.You are willing to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
