About the Role:Become a founding member of the people analytics team at KeepTruckin! As KeepTruckin grows, we are ensuring increased employee retention/satisfaction, ramping the sophistication of our talent acquisition analytics, and continuing to up-level our inclusion and diversity initiatives. Using state of the art tooling, this person will contribute to the team delivering necessary and valuable data products to our internal stakeholders. This role will be pivotal in representing the people analytics team and the value we can provide to our internal customers. This role can be remote within the US.
What You'll Do: Apply expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute talent decisions Manage multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders while balancing impact on business needs Consult with internal stakeholders via understanding business needs, scoping data requests, synthesizing insights, and recommending solutions to key business partners in collaboration with other members of the people analytics team Deliver analytical, survey, and/or research results to technical and non-technical audiences Leverage tools, such as SQL, Tableau, and Google Apps Script to drive analytics and enable client self-service on routine queries Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data What We're Looking For: 3+ years experience in fields such as people analytics, management consulting, finance, compensation, or related areas Knowledge of statistical analysis (e.g., descriptive statistics and knowledge of statistical significance), quantitative research, and experience gathering and interpreting data Project management experience with multiple stakeholders prioritizing and delegating projects/tasks Experience engaging directly with executives and senior stakeholders Experience working across various levels of an organization, while building trust and fostering collaboration Experience in data visualization principles and tools (complex formulas, pivots, macros, etc.) Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, MBA, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Data ScienceCreating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of KeepTruckin's core values.
