Your role and responsibilities

This internship is ideal for someone interested in the intersection of data and human resources, with a focus on product management aspects of people analytics.Tasks to be performed:•\tAssist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing HR data to support various projects.•\tHelp prepare reports and presentations based on data insights.•\tCollaborate with the People Analytics Product Lead on ongoing projects and initiatives.•\tConduct research on industry trends and best practices in People Analytics.•\tAssist in the creation of dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings.•\tContribute to the development of training materials and documentation for internal stakeholders.•\tEngage in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your understanding of People Analytics.

Qualifications for the role

Education: master's degree in People Analytics or in Human Resources with a minor in People Analytics.Languages: High English level.Additional knowledge: Office package, SAS, Power BI.
