Plaid’s People Analytics Team is focused on leveraging data to uncover insights to make Plaid the best place to work. We do so by using reporting, analytics, & people focused solutions to support our business, enable growth, and help employees to be successful.
This role will be responsible for leading the People Analytics function. You will drive impact by playing a central role in the People Team’s highest priority projects that span across the employee lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to continue to mature the function to make People data more accessible and actionable. As Lead, you will play a leadership role across the People Team and work closely with partners and stakeholders across company leadership.
The People Analytics team is a critical component of our broader People Team and is responsible for supporting the highest priority projects and driving those forward through research, analytics, and reporting.ResponsibilitiesDeliver data analysis and support for key People initiatives, including performance evaluations, promotions, employee surveys, talent reviews, and special projectsCreate and manage foundational data products that analyze People data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that inform strategic decision-making and drive operational efficiencyDevelop and deploy machine learning models to predict future trends and outcomes across People functionsServe as a trusted advisor to the People Team with self-service data capabilities, enabling them to access and analyze data independentlyPartner in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and datasets that support cross-functional analytics and strategic decision-makingQualifications10+ yrs in a People Analytics with at least 5+ years in a leadership role focused on growing and leading People Analytics teamsStrength in influencing senior stakeholders and creating narratives through data analytics, insights, and researchExpertise in SQL, Python, R, or other similar programming languagesFluent with reporting tools such as Mode/Looker/TableauProven ability to scale data reports and experience working with large and complex datasetsStrong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionallyCommitment to a high level of ownership, confidentiality, and detail$151,200 - $257,040 a yearTarget base salary for this role is between $151,200 and $257,040 per year. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
