People Analytics Leader

RVO Health is looking for an experienced professional to lead our Talent Analytics Team. In this role, you’ll be challenged to help shape our Talent Analytics strategy while leading the execution of high-priority data efforts – all in line with our broader mission of attracting, retaining, and rewarding talent by giving them an experience that will bring out their very best. You will be responsible for scoping technical projects, managing a team of individuals who will execute  technical work, and developing relationships with stakeholders across the Human Capital organization to best support their efforts and initiatives.

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do As a People Analytics Leader, you'll help determine the type of work the team will do through partnership with executive stakeholders across the business. We’re tight-knit, fast-paced and even faster-growing teams working with a large amount of complex data. In this role, you’ll oversee the quality and maintenance of our people data and ensure we are being efficient and careful with the management of sensitive data. Lead the HRIS function to ensure that our employee data is accurate, secure, and accessible by teams all across the company. Interact with senior leadership to provide data driven recommendations to executives to help shape our people strategy. Build relationships with our teams and data science teams to identify new opportunities for deep analytics within the Human Capital organization. What We’re Looking For Experience in people management within a technical domain. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working well with business stakeholders Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to leadership Strong analytical background with experience demonstrating an aptitude to compile data in comprehensive reports, analyze trends, and make fact-based recommendations. Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, or Looker to build dynamic/scalable dashboards and reports. Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and blending across different data sources (Google Analytics, DoubleClick for Publishers, SQL Server, Snowflake, AWS, Salesforce, flat files, etc). Ability to write SQL queries against complex databases for data extraction. Knowledge or experience within people analytics is a plus Statistical programming knowledge (e.g., R or Python) is preferred Team-oriented, success-driven, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

Starting Salary: $108,000 - $145,000*
