The mission of the People Analytics team is to help Qualtrics leaders and people team members use people data to make good decisions about and for employees. We believe that people analytics can help make Qualtrics faster, smarter, and an even better place to work. The Associate Manager of People Analytics is responsible for bringing this mission to life.

How You’ll Find Success

\n\nPeople Analytics is the most trusted and reliable source of strategic intelligence on Qualtrics’ workforce. Things You’ll Do

\n\nLead Analytical Projects: Oversee complex analysis projects, translating data into actionable insights that address strategic business challenges while promoting a comprehensive understanding of workforce dynamics.\nEnhance Reporting Processes: Design and maintain automated dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, ensuring that data is easily accessible and understandable for all stakeholders across the organization.\nCollaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with HR and business leaders to identify key metrics and KPIs relevant to their teams, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance talent strategies and workforce planning.\nFacilitate Training Sessions: Conduct workshops and training sessions on data literacy and analytics for non-technical team members, empowering them to utilize people data effectively in their decision-making processes.\nChampion Data-Informed Initiatives: Advocate for the strategic use of data within the organization, presenting findings and insights to senior leaders to influence decision-making and promote a data-centric culture.\nMonitor Trends and Developments: Analyze external benchmarks and emerging trends in people analytics to continuously refine the strategies and tools used within the organization.\nSupport Diversity & Inclusion Efforts: Leverage analytics to track and report on diversity and inclusion initiatives, providing insights that help drive equitable practices and employee engagement across the organization.\n\n

What We're Looking For On Your Resume

\n\n7+ years of professional experience in analytics, finance, statistics, consulting, or other related fields\nOutstanding people leadership skills - ability to craft and align a team to a vision and strategy that drives company results while having fun and caring for your employees\nThe candidate must have extensive experience with using data wrangling, presenting to senior leaders, and ideally, has prior experience working with all areas of people analytics data, such as Diversity & Inclusion, Talent, Compensation, and Recruiting\nOutstanding data analysis and quantitative skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage various data points to achieve a common goal (people knowledge, internal data, external tools)\nAdvanced ability to advise partners and translate business problems into research to inform decisions\nProven ability to effectively communicate analytics insights to non-technical audiences, including senior executive leadership\nDemonstrated track record for planning, completing, and auditing work; able to see and apply results strategically and systematically, breaking down problems or processes into their parts and developing several alternative solutions\nAbility to maintain the confidentiality of critical information, issues, and events\nExcellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to report and persuade different levels, including senior management\nExpertise in using Tableau to present insights through visual analysis\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment, balancing multiple priorities\nProven experience with Data Analysis, Business Analysis, and visualization tools like Tableau\n\n
