The People Analytics Reporting Specialist is essential for transforming HR data into actionable insights through the development of dynamic reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that support decision-making within our organization. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) with a deep understanding of HR metrics to create impactful reporting solutions
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and align on data objectives Design and develop interactive SAC reports and dashboards tailored to HR analytics, including key metrics related to headcount, FTE, personnel expenses, and other workforce indicators Establish Best Practices in SAC reporting to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across HR analytics reports Train and support end-users to help them navigate SAC dashboards, interpret key metrics, and maximize the tool’s reporting functionalities Stay current with SAP Analytics Cloud updates and recommend new features or optimizations that enhance reporting efficiency and insightfulness
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL OR FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SAP Analytics Cloud, with a focus on front-end report and dashboard development Proficient in data modeling, dashboard design, and SAC visualizations that effectively communicate key business insights Skilled in SAC scripting and advanced analytics capabilities Strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of data visualization principles, particularly as they relate to HR metrics and KPIs Knowledge of SuccessFactors is required Familiarity with SAP Planning is a plus Ability to present complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality
