About the role
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders, operational teams, and HR colleagues to provide expert guidance on a range of people-related initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and delivering the T&I people strategy, ensuring that HR solutions align with business objectives and drive real impact.
This role offers a blend of strategic and operational HR responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to influence senior decision-making while remaining hands-on in supporting managers and employees. With a focus on capability development, talent retention, employee engagement, and workforce planning, you will play a critical role in shaping our people and culture plan.
What you’ll bring
Tertiary qualifications, related to Human Resources & Industrial Relations desirable Strong experience in HR business partnering within a complex, multi-disciplinary environment Experience in the support of IR/ER processes Proven ability to influence, coach, and build strong relationships with senior leaders and operational teams A strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement in HR practices Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement strategies Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide pragmatic, people-focused solutions High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace cultureDowner is a company that believes people are our greatest asset.
