We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for service and passion for People and Culture! This position is an entry level position; however previous work experience in hospitality is preferred.  Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service is required. The people and Culture Coordinator will be responsible for coordination of actions and events aimed at strengthening our culture by promoting the well-being and belonging of our employees. Additionally, this role will support the team through many facets of People and Culture, including but not limited to: HR systems administration and records management (Workday), recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee events, and various reporting and administrative duties.Desired Skills:
