The Role  

The Assistant People & Culture Manager has direct involvement to the day to day recruitment efforts for Four Seasons Hotel Boston. This role will work closely with the Assistant Director of People and Culture to design and implement a robust recruitment strategy. The Asistant People and Culture Manager will also assist in other People and Culture functions such as benefits administration, employee relations, employee retention, employee communications, career development, wage & hour compliance, workers’ compensation and legal matters related to hotel employees.

The ideal candidate will share a passion for excellence and will take pride in being a Four Seasons culture carrier. 

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S. and at previous experience in People & Culture Coordinator role is required.
