We are searching for a hands-on, stand-alone People & Organisational Development Manager, who designs and delivers people and organisational development actions and programs. The role is based in one of our locations with up to 50 % travelling and hybrid working options. You belong to our team in an international, dynamic, sustainable, and diverse environment and enjoy working on strategic projects as well as their implementation in practice.
 

Your mission:

As an individual contributor you support the Business Unit (BU) and its leaders in change management to achieve our strategic and operational plans. You also provide information, advice and services as required.

 

 Your key responsibilities:

Support organizational development and change based on the business unit strategy: Including design and delivery of change management interventions; coaching of departmental and initiatives heads in leading change; development of change agent network across the BU; support the further development of the BU’s strategic people objectives to be a continuously improving learning organisation and create an engaging work environment for all employees People Development: Including design and delivery of in-house events (e.g. training, workshops, coaching); support of talent reviews and succession planning; support line managers and local HR in the design and delivery of appropriate development measures for employees or teams myLearning (company LSM platform): Including advise and support BU governance and deliver post-implementation support; lead the construction of development journeys/plans; own and continuously develop BU skill master matrix Develop, implement, and continuously improve people development processes feeding into SuccessFactors (company HR platform): Including oversee and support annual appraisal process, develop/implement induction program; liaise with Group HR team Modernize the learning and development landscape with globally unified, digitalized and “business ready”-based concepts  HR people development: Provide training and education to local HR Managers on per-sonnel development related issues; advising and supporting processes to ensure development and retention (including career paths and succession planning). 

 

Requirements:

Bachelor or master’s degree in business or social sciences, psychology, or equivalent qualification More than 7 years of experience in design and implementation of people and leadership development, change, training, communication OD qualification, or equivalent professional knowledge gained through significant expe-rience working in the OD field Facilitation, presentation and Coaching Education Working experience / knowledge about Lean Management
