Your impact

The People (HR) Business Partner will facilitate consolidated Strategic Workforce Plan across the Global Projects portfolio, including People-related inputs to Feasibility Studies in support of the longer-term Project pipeline.  
 

As part of our team you will

In this role, the individual will:

Create standard approach to all Projects workforce planning processesCoordinate people related inputs into feasibility studies, in line with standard approach and in partnership with local people and employee relations partnersWork with local Project people leads to complete consolidated strategic workforce plan and resourcing model, per Project Support ongoing talent mapping work in support of workforce plan, including Project resourcing mobilization and demobilization planning Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure there is adequate planning for ramp up requirements globallySupport creation of strategic capability development plan for the Global Projects group, including identification of capability gaps Partner with Projects leadership and people function to support development of technical capability framework to support targeted upskill of projects workforceCreate and execute project plan to implement Projects-specific people related initiatives  Plan and lead headcount and budget activities for the broader Projects workforce Ensure all people data sources are accurate and reflect the integrated Projects workforce – inclusive of employees and contractors Support people systems and processes to enable Projects workforce Develop fit for purpose people planning and budgeting processes in partnership with Project Services area Support delivery of enterprise People programs

The salary range offered for this role is USD $108,000 to 141,750. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.  The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.  

This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
