Job Overview
Salary Range: $85K-$95K
Candidate must live in the Northeast (Maine, Vermont, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, W. Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, or Massachusetts)
The core responsibility of the People Business Partner is building trusted and influential partnership with leaders within the organization to execute the people strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness.
As the PBP the following duties and responsibilities will be part of this opportunity, but are not limited to them:
Requirements for our Employee Relations Manager:
5 + years’ experience in Human Resources as a People Business PartnerExperience working in a role that supported multiple field locationsAbility to relate to, influence, and coach employees at all levels of the organizationStrong communication, written, and presentation skillsAbility to navigate successfully within ambiguity, multiple priorities, and an evolving environmentWhat’s In It for You?
