Business Area Networks (BNEW) R&D enables Ericsson’s technology leadership by leading the shift to becoming a leader in open programmable networks. To maintain our leadership and continue our 5G success story, we will lead the shift towards open programmable cloud-native networks with the best performance, security, and energy efficiency at the lowest TCO (total cost of ownership).

 

The People team supporting BNEW R&D provides advice and support to our leaders to ensure that we have the right workforce today and tomorrow to execute on our business strategy. We are now seeking a dynamic individual to join our People team as Networks R&D People Business Partner.


What you will do:

We are now seeking a dynamic individual to join our People team as Networks R&D People Business Partner. In this role you will wear multiple hats, working at different times as a consultant, advisor, problem solver, and doer. You will work closely with leaders to address a wide range of people-related topics opportunities, driving key initiatives across the Networks R&D three Engineering Units (Hardware, Integrated RAN and Cloud RAN) & T&S.

 

The skills you bring:

As this role is based in Sweden we expect experience from roles such as HR Business Partner from the Swedish market.


Relevant work experience:

Experience in either People Function, Business Administration or other multidisciplinary field supporting global unitsCollaboration and team working skillsProven track record of developing solutions to varied people challenges and opportunities, addressing root-causes rather than symptomsStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Data analytics including strong excel skills Project management.
