Responsibilities The Opportunity Acts as an strategic partner of G&A areas (HR, Finance, Controlling, Legal, R&D, Marketing, Transformation, Corporate Affairs) in all Human Resources related matters, managing and anticipating people’s needs, assuring the implementation of talent management strategies, performance management processes, employee strategies, business architecture transformation and productivity processes, in order to enable the people ca Your Impact Manages People Agenda for all G&A áreas, influencing and advincing in all people related matters, with the objective of facilitating orientation and information of key people processes, aligned to HR policies. Leads People Management Processes with internal clients, assuring correct implementation of the process with support of SDTs (360°, MQPI, PACH, Coaching and Mentoring, People Planning Process, MQPI, Culture Transformation and Organizational Health). Works in strong collaboration with Managers and Employees with the objective of assuring desired productivity targets and talent retation, bringing support to Managers in an efficient Organizational Design of G&A structures. Responsible for the selection & recruitment process for G&A areas, assuring each position is filled according to business needs and talent development/bench piplene. Support internal clients in the analysis and preparation of job descriptions and Business Cases for salary and structure proposals. Responsible for the correct management of people movements and structure changes (reporting dependecies, promotions, lateral moves, changes in HeadCount, etc). Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Complete University Studies (Must) Proficient in English and Spanish.
