**People Business Partner Personal Health – North America** Be a strategic partner driving the People and Talent agenda for the Personal Health North America Region and the Sales Excellence team, fostering performance, talent development, capability building, and engagement to ensure business continuity. **Your role:** + Define and execute a 3-year roadmap for the People and Culture agenda in support of the overall Personal Health people strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals across the North America Region (US and Canada) and the global Sales Excellence team. + Serve as a trusted business partner to the NAM Region leadership team, zone leaders, and People BPs, participating in strategic planning, optimizing organizational structures, and leveraging Talent Management programs to ensure leadership bench strength. + Drive strategic workforce planning and capability building for the NAM Region and globally, identifying critical capabilities (marketing, sales excellence, digital, data, and AI) and closing gaps through development plans and succession strategies. + Coach leaders to enhance their personal leadership styles, foster management effectiveness, and provide opportunities for leadership development and career progression aligned with regional and global business needs. + Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformations, coach management on change leadership behaviors, and act as a sparring partner for employee relations and local solutions. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in HR generalist roles within fast-paced consumer goods organizations, ideally with international business exposure in and outside North America, partnering with senior management. + Your skills include organizational design, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, career counseling, and change management, with a demonstrated track record of setting and executing impactful HR strategies. + You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced certifications in HR or leadership are a plus). + You’re an empathetic, business-savvy leader with advanced EQ, strong influencing skills, and the ability to build trust, resolve conflict, and give candid feedback effectively. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. + You’re proficient in leadership communication, change management, and driving impactful initiatives, with a willingness to travel as needed across the region. ​ **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
