What will you do?
You will act as the strategic partner to the Country leadership team and the extended leadership team as well as being the focal point for our other regional HR teams, Recruitment, Operations & Talent Development.
Reporting to the People Business Partner for SEA, the People Business Partner role is accountable for the delivery of People strategies, aligned to the growth, performance, productivity and engagement of Aurecon employees.

Implement Aurecon’s People strategy across the Thailand organisationUse your commercial and HR acumen to guide Aurecon on its key people prioritiesPartner the Asia Regional People Team to champion key regional initiatives around talent management, diversity and inclusion, as well as leadership development, among othersLead, coach and develop the local People team to support both operational delivery and strategy implementationWork on talent retention and development initiatives to create an extraordinary employee experienceWe know today’s complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets.
What can you bring to the team?
Your genuine passion to reimagine Aurecon’s employee experience and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. Strong familiarity in the application of local Employment laws. Hands-on experience in employee relations with at least 6 years’ experience in senior stakeholders partnering. Practical experience in implementing change management and organizational culture harmonization are added advantage. Excellent communication in written and verbal English. Strong leadership skills and agility with the capability to work collaboratively to achieve strategic results. A pragmatic and energetic style, with the ability to achieve results through a strong service focus.
