People Business Services Lead at a glance  

The Global Services Lead will oversee the delivery of People Business Services in a shared services model, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. This role involves leading global teams, optimizing processes, and managing stakeholder relationships to align with organizational goals.

What's on the menu?

Leadership: Build and manage high-performing teams across multiple regions, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to design and implement pivotal initiatives that align with business objectives.

Operational excellence and compliance: Oversee the delivery of end-to-end HR services globally, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Internal Controls & Risk Management: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure process accuracy, and enhance operational compliance.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams and regions

Project Management: Lead and oversee complex global projects, with an emphasis on the next three years, which will involve intensive transformation efforts as part of the HR 5.0 initiative. Ensure these projects are executed efficiently and align with the strategic goals of both HR and GBS.

I have broad experience across People and Performance (HR) processes, with a generalist profile.

I have Global service model experience: Demonstrated success in managing complex global HR processes through a shared services model.

I have proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams

I have a strong track record in managing relationships with global stakeholders and navigating cross-functional teams.

I have hands-on experience managing large-scale, complex HR projects, including transitions and process improvement initiatives.

I have strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
