The HR Specialist provides specialized expertise / contributes to the definition of HR programs and policies / administers and supports HR activities as well as HR processes for the specific HR area.
Position: Internship
Duration: 12 months
Target Start Date: May, 2025
Location: Hybrid in Amadora, Portugal
Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate finishing their BSc or MSc degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field with an accredited school
It would be nice if you also had:
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Oracle, ServiceNow, ) and managing ticketing workflows 3rd language, such as Spanish, French, or Italian
Employee life cycle operations and transactions for all global people domains and policies
Oversee the global ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of employee care requests and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) Ensure standardization, automation, and transformation of Global Care processes Engage with stakeholders and end users, ensuring their needs are met, and continuously track and leverage their feedback to improve services
