We're looking for a dynamic Change Manager to lead a team of Change Managers, functional change initiatives, ensuring culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. You are an entrepreneurial thinker with a strong HR background, ready to take on challenges and make impactful decisions. Your confidence and decisiveness enable you to make strategic decisions and drive change effectively. You excel in working with stakeholders at all levels, from in-store teams to executive leadership. Your ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and industries like retail and FMCG sets you apart. You are a natural leader who can inspire and guide teams through transformative change, ensuring alignment and engagement across the organisation.

 

What you will be doing

 

•    Craft and Execute Change Strategies: Develop and implement innovative change management plans that address the people side of change, including communication, training, and support.
•    Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
•    Analyze Impact: Conduct thorough impact analyses to assess the effects of changes on employees and the organization.
•    Communicate Effectively: Design and deliver compelling communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
•    Provide Training and Support: Create and deliver training programs and materials to support employees through the change process.
•    Monitor Progress: Track the progress of change initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments.
•    Manage Resistance: Identify potential resistance to change and develop strategies to address and mitigate it.
•    Promote Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies.


 

Ideally you will have

 

Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale change initiatives. Bachelor's degree in a related field or a Master's degree is a plus. Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in change management tools and software.
