About the role

 

An exciting new role to support a large program of work focused on continuous improvement and an evolution to our ways of working. As the People  Change Manager you will be at the forefront of transformation, working on complex multi-layered change programs, partnering with functional leaders and cross-functional teams to deeply understand the current and future state, and design and implement activities that support the adoption of change by teams and maintain engagement.
This role will see you provide change management advice and services across the design, development and delivery of internal transformational change, and you will need have a strong ability to influence and inspire teams to come along on this journey.

 

About you and your skills

 

Demonstrated experience in the successful delivery of people change and communication strategies within a large corporate organisation. Proven experience in the design and embedding of strategic and tactical change plans that drive adoption and benefit realisation of complex projects. Understanding of approaches to process improvement; exposure to and/or qualifications in Lean/Six Sigma highly regarded.  Experienced human resources or organisational development practitioner (minimum 5 years), including in senior positions  and with responsibility for change management.  Ability to use data, research and thought leadership to translate technical concepts into business terms and influence senior stakeholders to adopt new ways of thinking and working. Experience working effectively and collaboratively with external consulting firms, while also ensuring ownership of work and the development of capability in-house. Adept at cross-functional collaboration and communication to create alignment in service of business needs and goals. Strong background working in fast paced and complex environments, including managing multiple streams of work.
