Throughout our employees' careers, you will help them grow and support them in work and life.DescriptionDescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and proactive People Speciality Services partner to support the governance of our collaboration tools, employee engagement programs, and other specialty project work. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of our people strategy and organizational culture. - Oversee and manage the governance of collaboration tools, ensuring they align with organizational standards, policies, and usage best practices. - Collaborate with other teams to drive seemless integrations and troubleshoot any issues that arise. - Support employees during periods of crisis, and specialty services ensuring timely communication and resource delivery. - Maintain a compassionate approach when responding to sensitive employee needs, helping to coordinate support systems. - Participate in cross-functional special projects related to employee engagement, internal communication, or process improvements. - Work independently and with minimal direction, proactively identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions. - Continuously improve processes and practices within the people function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Demonstrate initiative and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications5+ years proven experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or HR operations, or 7+ years of demonstrated ability in customer service support with solid understanding of Human Resources.Ability to make personal connections and explore employee needs while efficiently navigating resources, systems, and data to resolve inquiries quickly.Exceptional communication skills, enjoy connecting and helping others, and thrive in a collaborative environment.Proficient in using various systems and tools to facilitate work, provide reporting, and improve efficiency.Understanding the importance of discretion and confidentiality, practicing it with utmost integrity.Creativity in capturing trends and offering solutions, seeing difficulties as opportunities for innovation.Meticulous, organized, and analytical, capable of gathering, understanding, and reporting on emerging needs.Problem-solving skills to build solutions and plans.Key QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting communities such as employee resource groups, forums, discussion groups, or other social collaboration tools.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Strong HR practitioner including a broad understanding of policy, compliance and risk.Experience with CRM systems such as ServiceNow, enterprise HRIS tools such as WorkdayEducation & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAdditional RequirementsMore
