As our P&C Administrator you will provide administration support to the People & Culture Business Partnering Function. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR experience within a fast-paced support environment.

This role will be in our Naas/ Newbridge Depot.

What You’ll Do:
We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:Relationship Building: Be the go-to person for all People & Culture queries, helping our team members feel supported and valued.Employee Journey: From welcoming new colleagues to saying goodbye, assist with onboarding, exit interviews, and everything in between.Reporting & Payroll: Keep our records in tip-top shape, manage payroll submissions, and create reports that help us make smart decisions.Policy Support: Work with the Business Partner to keep our People & Culture policies fresh and effective.Admin & Confidentiality: Keep our HR systems updated, handle admin tasks with care, and always maintain confidentiality.
