THE OPPORTUNITY

As the 6-months fixed term Associate, Talent Management, Supply Chain, you will support with effectively executing all backend people processes and programs that support the entire lifecycle of our Supply Chain employees. THE ROLE

As the 6-months fixed term Associate, Talent Management, Supply Chain, you will:

Ensure we always have the best Supply Chain talent for our business needs through effective, timely actionsAccelerate productivity and cultural integration with minimal business disruptionsDirect effective people decisions with accurate assessments of performance and potentialMaximize and accelerate the growth of high performing Supply Chain talentInspire sustained performance and commitment to AritziaEffectively organize resources to business needs while minimizing wastageDrive continued performance and commitment with strategic, smart spending solutionsAccelerate stabilization and productivity with minimal business disruptionsSupport employees with fair and consistent practices while mitigating undue risk

THE QUALIFICATIONS

As the 6-months fixed term Associate, Talent Management, Supply Chain has:

Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experienceA commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principlesThe ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partnersA commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
