The People & Culture Business Partner (PCBP) is the secret sauce behind KFC’s RSC teams, ensuring that our people, culture, and inclusivity efforts are top-notch and aligned with our finger-lickin’ good business results. From onboarding to employee engagement, you’ll bring fresh ideas and thought-leadership to drive performance, development, and a culture that everyone loves being a part of.

Here’s How You’ll Spice Things Up:

Partner with the Talent Director to implement strategies that build skills and drive performance aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with department heads to strengthen internal development and succession planning. Advise coaches on employee relations and performance management. Keep Building People Capability (BPC) processes top of mind year-round, driving mid-year people planning efforts. Build strong relationships with functional partners, acting as a trusted advisor. Manage key employee life cycle events such as promotions, transfers, and terminations. Work with the talent acquisition team to build a strong pipeline and align HR practices. Collaborate on organizational design to drive performance and efficient decision-making. Foster an inclusive culture that aligns with KFC People Promise and Values. Lead engagement surveys and action planning with leadership. Stay updated on HR trends and ensure smooth leadership transitions. Provide support for HR processes, identify gaps, and update tools as needed, ensuring data accuracy in systems like Oracle.

What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required; PHR or SHRM certification is a plus. 4+ years of HR experience with a proven track record of driving results and building strong client partnerships. Strong coaching and consulting skills to help leaders tackle challenges and complete projects successfully. Ability to manage details while maintaining a strategic view, ensuring timely execution of plans. Passion for KFC’s culture and the ability to inspire others to embrace it. Experience in facilitating groups, leading discussions, and delivering engaging training sessions. Skilled in conflict management, helping teams navigate disagreements productively. Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, cooperative environment.
