People & Culture Business Partner

Our client in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner for a direct-hire opportunity. This is a unique chance to collaborate with leadership, guide employee engagement initiatives, and provide strategic HR support in a dynamic and inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities: + Partner with department leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring a positive employee experience. + Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and development. + Provide expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. + Support talent acquisition strategies and proactively address workforce planning needs. + Drive company culture through diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives. + Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable workforce insights to leadership. Requirements: + Minimum 3+ years of experience in human resources, employee relations, or a related field. + Proven experience as an HR business partner or similar role, with strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices. + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. + Ability to strategize and implement creative solutions to address workplace challenges. + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). + Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP are a plus. Requirements • Demonstrated experience as a Human Resources Specialist or similar role in the HR department • Proficiency in conducting New Permanent Orientations, ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees • Comprehensive knowledge of Benefits Administration, adept at managing and maintaining employee benefits programs • Strong skills in handling Employee Relations, capable of resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment • Experience in Performance Management, able to design and implement strategies to improve employee performance • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to all levels of the organization • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems • Knowledge of labor laws and employment standards • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail oriented • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Detail oriented certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
