Key Responsibilities:
Major Activities
Staff training and Capacity Building
Coordinate the capacity assessment at individual and organizational level to identify the staff capacity gaps.Ensure that all staff have individual development plansWith the P&C Director, work with each department head to ensure the existence of a pool of talent and ensure the existence of a strong and intentional capacity building and succession planDevelop a capacity building plan based on the staff capacity gaps identified.Coordinate the implementation of the capacity building plan.Coordinate all staff trainings within the organization.Develop, update an annual training calendar for the organizationCoordinate all staff trainings as per the training calendarProvide technical support in all staff training programsConduct training evaluations and determine the value/impact of the various trainings conducted.Organize and coordinate the quarterly staff orientationEnsure there is an evidence of staff orientation on personal file.Staff Performance Management
Define and communicate organizational performance system.Train managers and all staff on the performance system in place and the responsibilities of each personCoordinate and track the setting of performance agreement, midterm review and annual appraisalsCompile the organization’s performance based on the staff reviews and present the picture to managementStaff Retention – Diversity
With the P&C Director, ensure to implement and update the retention planDisseminate and train all our Managers about the diversity and inclusion strategy of World Vision.Staff Care Management
Coordinate the Staff Care and staff well-being activities and ensure that all staff are being taken care.Mental.health support is provided to staff.1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or an equivalent related studyExperience required as a minimum qualification for this position.1. Minimum 4 years + experience in HR field2. HR experience to be able to make linkages between talent and succession planning3. Highly results oriented & Strong project management capabilities.4. Deep understanding of organizational infrastructure, P&C & OD strategy and practice challenges5. Clear understanding of integrated talent management, succession planning and coaching skills with evidence of effective application across multi cultures & contexts6. Exceptionally strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills, especially at executive levels and capacity to adapt effectively across WVH’s different operating units7. Able to develop and maintain professional relationships (internally and externally) and at leadership levels8. Ability to maintain confidentiality9.
