Join our People & Culture (P&C) team as an intern! We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized person to support us with documentation and administration tasks. This is a great opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and start your journey in the HR field. **The opportunity:** + Executing system data maintenance and administrative activities in support of P&C business processes (in the area of recruiting, onboarding, employee movement/changes, terminations etc.) + Verifying the presence of required employee documents + Organizing and maintaining paper-based personnel files + Scanning and naming documents in a consistent manner + Preparing and digitizing records for future electronic storage **What you will learn:** + HR and personnel file management processes + Legal and compliance requirements in document retention + Corporate administrative procedures and best practices + Collaboration across HR, Operations, and Compliance functions + Insight about P&C business processes **Who you are:** + Fluent level of English, Polish fluency required + Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills + Basic computer skills + Open to working 35–40 hours per week under a civil contract (umowa zlecenie) + Ability to work on-site at least 80% of the time _The controller of your personal data is Roche Diagnostics Polska sp. z o.o., ul.
