Position Summary
People & Culture Interns will participate in an 8-week rotational program through various areas of human resources: Office of the NMP – People, People Experience, DEI&B, Community Building, and Colleague Learning & Org. Effectiveness.
Office of the Chief P&C Officer: this team intently listens to the feedback of others inside and outside of the firm to gather information on current and anticipated future challenges and objectives and continuously strategizes, evaluates, plans, and empowers the entire P&C function to create and execute value-added services with quality, speed, and operational efficiency.
Participate in People and Culture programs Assist with maintenance of our P&C Canvas (intranet) site Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis requestsPeople Experience: The People Experience team recognizes our people as the core of our business. Our team provides day to day P&C support and guidance for our ECS and ICS colleagues. We also serve as trusted advisors to the business, offering guidance while applying a client-centric, people-first, and risk-aware lens..
Assist with inbox maintenance to ensure questions are responded to timely Assist with year-end talent reviews to keep track of feedback and next steps Pull compensation reports to support the year-end process Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis requestsCulture Immersion & Inclusion: helps deliver a remarkable culture immersion & inclusion and create an environment where people can bring their whole selves to work. This is evidenced in how we onboard our people into the firm, how they feel while they are here, and how we love them to alumni and beyond.
Contribute to the design and launch of different DEI&B initiatives Support the many different Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to help reinforce a culture inclusive of DEI&BTalent Acquisition: a highly integrated team of recruiting and onboarding professionals that work together to recruit and welcome talent to the firm. Our team's priority is to deliver the right talent at the right time. We engage with our clients to understand their needs and work to connect them with the desired talent to achieve their goals.
